The new system is highlighted by delivering the same stability as monoblock systems for best process, reliability, and reduced vibration. The PSZ Turn has internal coolant-through holders which deliver precise cooling directly on the cutting edge. The coolant-through holders also allow for improved chip control and reliability. The shanks for PSZ Turn are stocked in both inch and metric sizes and both are suitable for all the heads offered in the program. Finally, for those customers seeking additional machining requirements, the PSZ Turn System also has gang plates available as a custom order item.
