accuracy. This zoom-optics, fully telecentric
lens provides consistent feature sizes
anywhere within the field of view at any
magnification.
As a multisensor system, Smart-
Scope uses video, touch probes, laser
scanning, or microprobes to completely
characterize parts in single
setups. Touch probes and laser are wellsuited
for measuring surfaces, while video
excels at measuring edges. The systems
Feather Probe adds micro-probing with
milligram-level probing pressure for small
features on fragile or sensitive parts.
