One-touch industrial 3D printer

Woburn, Massachusetts – Fuji Machine America Corp. will host Rize Inc.’s one-touch industrial 3D printer in Fuji booth #339059 at IMTS 2018. Rize Authorized Reseller, Dynamic Machine, will be on hand to demonstrate how the Rize One 3D printer can be used with Fuji solutions to gain significant time and cost advantages versus traditional manufacturing processes and enable entirely new solutions for manufacturers.

Fuji Machine America provides their customers with precision machine tools with integrated Fuji robots that offer flexibility, ease of use and turnkey solutions. Fuji has more than 50 years of experience providing comprehensive automated manufacturing solutions, including customized engineered touch tooling design validation, that help customers meet their production and business goals.

Rize’s patented Augmented Polymer Deposition (APD) hybrid additive manufacturing process combines material extrusion and material jetting into one printer for a safe, appliance-like experience, including minimal post-processing after printing, no material management and no venting. Rize’s voxel-level process also enables ink marking capability for printing part numbers directly onto parts. Ink marking also builds trust into the physical 3D printed part through Rize’s Digitally Augmented Part capability that embeds a marker, such as a QR code, into the part. This creates an immutable digital thread between the digital and physical worlds. Manufacturers use Rize 3D printers for on-demand production of custom and replacement tooling, jigs, work holding, gauging, fixtures and a wide variety of parts at the point of consumption.
