Neenah, Wisconsin – Built on the CartMover design and with a 20,000 lb capacity, CartMover XR features enhancements that increase productivity and ensure worker safety when moving heavy loads on wheels. New features include an enhanced ergonomic design that increases worker safety, a 4" lift range that allows for moving carts over a greater range of surfaces and transitions, an easy-to-change modular battery, and on-board analytics for monitoring performance and use. CartMover XR is as easy-to-use as a pallet jack but far more powerful.
“The New CartMover XR offers additional lifting range, allowing for a larger variety of cart configurations with no connection tooling changes required by the operator. The extend range also offers the ability to handle larger transitions, be it ramps, inclines, or cracks in the floor. The high visibility allows for operators to easily spot the CartMover XR, while the ergonomic design allows for easy use. The new Lithium Iron Phosphate battery provides a larger capacity, and more efficient energy flow - more power for a longer period of time,” said Matt Spang, CartMover product manager. “Newly integrated Double E Analytics allows for operators and maintenance personnel to determine the battery state of charge, correct use, and preventative maintenance timing.”
CartMover XR fits most standard carts and can be equipped with a variety of engineered or custom hitches to connect securely to various carts, bins, vehicles, or other wheeled loads.
