It also minimizes overheating and workpiece distortion. So, cutting tools can deliver faster metal removal by aiding chip evacuation during the machining process.Hi-Jet Coolant Feed Holders are available in four different models (Baby Chuck, Collet Chuck, Side Block, and Kaiser KAB) with a diameter range of 0.118 in. to 2.0 in.The new Baby Chuck model offers high-precision suitable for small diameter drills, gun drills, and endmills, while the Collet Chuck model accepts TG100 single angle-style collets.The Side Block is well suited for straight shanks by set-screw clamping. And the Kaiser KAB improves boring and indexable drilling efficiency by adapting to all modular components of Kaiser tools.Common shank tapers (BT40, BT50, CAT40, and CAT50) are all available with the four models, with selection based on cutting tool size, machine-make, and model. In addition, the Hi-Jet Holdes compact design and 360° adjustability assures compatibility with automatic toolchangers, ensuring coolant delivery required for high-speed cutting.
