Werth re-engineers multi-sensor CMM

New measurement software permits efficient and simple operation.

Giessen, Germany – Werth Messtechnik GmbH has completely re-engineered the Werth ScopeCheck multi-sensor coordinate measuring machine, which has been designed especially for use in manufacturing. The measurement range of this series of machines ranges up to 3,500mm in the X-axis and 1,750mm in the Y-axis. Temperature compensation is standard.

All Werth ScopeCheck machines include the image processing sensor, with software that is specifically developed to meet the requirements of dimensional metrology using transmitted and incident light. The area of application can be expanded by integrating additional sensors. Touch trigger and scanning probes with probe tip magazines and laser sensors increase flexibility and allow the machine to be configured specifically for each application.

The new WinWerth 7.32 measurement software, with its ergonomic design, permits even more efficient and simple operation. The range of functions has been expanded, and existing functions have been optimized for increased performance, ease of operation, flexibility, and speed.

Due to its modular design, the machine can be upgraded for future applications.
