Berlin, Connecticut – Supermill LLC is introducing the XPV series carbide end mills for roughing or finishing of titanium and other difficult materials and featuring 4-flute design with variable helix, variable pitch and progressive rake angles, full eccentric relief, sharp or radius corners, and AlCrN coating.
The XPVS series is designed for roughing or finishing steel and stainless alloys and offers the same features as the XPV.
Both series of carbide end mills offer quieter and smoother cuts at increased speeds and feeds for higher production rates.
XPV and XPVS performance features allow for taking heavier cuts for fewer passes, shorter cycle times, and increased tool life. Standard cutting diameters from 1/8" to 1" are available from stock.
