Ralliant to establish global headquarters in North Carolina

Global technology company to invest $2.1M in Wake County.

Ralliant Corp., a global provider of precision technologies across multiple industries, will establish its global headquarters in Wake County, North Carolina, creating 180 jobs and investing $2.1 million in Raleigh’s North Hills area.

Ralliant will become an independent public company following its planned separation from Fortive Corp. in early Q3 2025, formed from Fortive’s Precision Technologies segment and built on industry-leading brands with approximately $2 billion in revenue. The company is trusted for precision technologies that drive next-generation innovation and safeguard mission-critical applications across test and measurement, specialty sensors, and aerospace, defense, and space subsystems. By establishing its headquarters in Raleigh, Ralliant will create a hub for innovation and growth.

The fact that another company is establishing a headquarters location in Raleigh and launching groundbreaking technologies demonstrates the strength of our great city.”

“I’m excited to share that the Ralliant Corp. will bring up to 180 new jobs with an average salary of $189,479 to Wake County over the next five years,” said Chair Susan Evans of the Wake County Board of Commissioners.
