Piper Aircraft Inc. has achieved AS9100 Rev D certification, awarded by Dekra Certification Inc. This milestone underscores Piper’s dedication to manufacturing excellence within the aerospace industry.
AS9100 is an internationally recognized quality management system standard in aerospace. This certification not only enhances Piper Aircraft’s 88+ year legacy in general aviation, but also strengthens the capabilities of its new division, Piper Industrial Manufacturing Co. (PIMCO), which specializes in premium end-to-end manufacturing solutions for the aerospace and defense sectors.
PIMCO offers a wide range of precision engineering services and capabilities to deliver manufacturing solutions customized to meet customers’ unique needs, including:
