Van Nuys, California – Measuring 13.5" x 4.00" x 3.755", the VCDS-051-089-01 series stages have a linear travel of 2.20" (55.9mm); a continuous force of 6.0 lbs (26.7N) and a peak force of 19 lb (84.3N) (at a 10% duty cycle). The high speed, high accuracy, and smooth of the VCDS-051-089-01 series linear motion voice coil stages are found in manufacturing, medical, aerospace/defense, and inspection applications.
Available in standard models with positioning resolutions of 1µm, 12.7µm, 25.4µm, and 29.95µm, and with a 4.005" x 3.000" stage, and convent mounting holes, this series of high performance stages is easily integrated in new and existing applications. Other resolutions, higher forces, and customized linear motion systems can be quickly engineered to meet user’s requirements. Complete plug-and-play units are also available.
