Lee Spring, a manufacturer of stock and custom springs, has acquired Dayon Manufacturing. Located in Farmington, Connecticut, and established in 1957, Dayon Manufacturing specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of custom miniature and micro springs.

Dayon will continue to serve customers from its existing facility in Farmington, Connecticut. In addition, the company will now have access to a wider range of capabilities through Lee Spring’s global manufacturing operations.
“This acquisition enhances the spring products and services available to Lee Spring customers worldwide with the addition of highly experienced resources dedicated to the micro and miniature spring specialty,” Kempf added.
Lee Spring carries a line of 25,000+ stock springs and manufactures custom springs made to customer specifications. Established in 1918, Lee Spring is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, and has multiple facilities in the United States, as well as locations in the UK, Germany, Mexico, China, and India.
