The customer was updating their CAD software, moving from Creo Parametric version 4.0 to 7.0, and was looking for training content to support their users during this transition. Having previously purchased training guides from Rand 3D, the customer was familiar with the quality of the courseware and Rand 3D’s capability for creating customized solutions. In this case, the customer wanted to be able to integrate their best practices and workflows into Rand 3D’s off-the-shelf content to create tailored courses that internal instructors could teach to their users.
