McNally Industries LLC said it has acquired Pacific Aero Tech Inc. in the Seattle area for an undisclosed price.
McNally Industries is a privately held aerospace and engineering company that has its executive and administrative offices in Denver and manufacturing and engineering operations in Grantsburg, Wis., Denver and Albuquerque.
Pacific Aero Tech, of Kent, Wash., repairs, overhauls and distributes airplane cockpit and passenger windows and avionics for commercial aircraft.
McNally Industries serves the U.S. Department of Defense and large contractors with hydro-mechanical and electro-mechanical systems and precision-machined components for critical defense and aerospace applications.
It manufactures a line of and proprietary products and provides product design and testing; high precision, make-to-print manufacturing; and engineering services. Products include ammunition handling systems, pumping systems, aircraft maintenance tooling, precision engine component machining, and design engineering services.
