The added equipment and space has enabled the company to accept larger projects and/or reduce delivery time frames to an expanded customer base. ISO-9001: 2008 and AS 9100 Rev B certifications were also received over the last ten months to stabilize an already solid QC program.
Maximum Industries is a Tier 2 and Tier 3 piece part production and contract manufacturing facility supporting aerospace and defense programs along with supporting customers in the oil and gas, medical, industrial, and signage markets. A growing division within Maximum Industries designs and supplies foreign object debris (FOD) tool kits to the armed forces, Lockheed, Boeing, Bell, and others.
The company's fifth waterjet is the first true 90,000 psi 5-axis work-cell in the Country. It offers faster cutting speeds and is integrated with an automatic drill system making if ideal for composite cutting along with other traditional aerospace and power generation applications.
