Dixie Aerospace and Rexnord Aerospace announced today a new exclusive distribution agreement. Beginning immediately, Dixie Aerospace will be the sole worldwide distributor for all Rexnord Aerospace products for the aerospace aftermarket. This partnership between Rexnord Aerospace and Dixie Aerospace assures customers increased availability on all parts.
Rexnord Aerospace will partner with Dixie Aerospace to market, sell and distribute PSI Bearings, Shafer Roller Bearings, Tuflite Composite Bearings and Shafer Tooling to the aerospace market. Wencor will be the exclusive aerospace aftermarket distributor for Cartriseal Mechanical Seals. Over the coming months, Dixie Aerospace will stock inventory to effectively support market needs. Moving forward this change provides customers with the ability to source all Rexnord Aerospace products from Dixie Aerospace, rather than the previously more segmented market.
Rexnord Aerospace and Dixie Aerospace will work collectively to provide complete solutions for customers. “This partnership will allow us to provide the engineered parts and inventory solutions our customers need. We will work closely with our customers and the Rexnord Aerospace team to solve engineering and supply chain challenges in ways we could not as part of a more fragmented marketplace,” states Jason Caldwell, President of Dixie Aerospace. Additionally, Darryl Mayhorn, President of Rexnord Aerospace states, “I am thrilled with the additional focus on our aftermarket customers that the partnership with Dixie Aerospace brings. Working together we better enable our customers to win.”
