The next-generation VARIAXIS i-700 NEO vertical machining center offers advanced multiple-surface, simultaneous 5-axis machining capabilities for accurate single-setup processing of parts with complex profiled surfaces. Multiple options – including four spindle specifications, large tool-magazine capacities and various coolant/chip control systems – make the VARIAXIS i-700 NEO a versatile, flexible addition to any workflow.
Paired with an optional two-pallet changer, the machine provides unattended operations and off-cycle part setup. This simple, efficient form of automation enables operators to load, unload and inspect parts on one pallet while the machine works on the other undisturbed.
The machine also integrates easily with our exclusive PALLETECH System, which can keep it running 24/7 without adding night or weekend shifts.
