US Aviation Academy, Delta Air Lines partner for mechanic training
Delta Air Lines is partnering with US Aviation Academy to expand their Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Training to Atlanta, Georgia.
The new training campus, in the heart of Atlanta in Forest Park, will offer a program to equip students with the knowledge and hands-on skills to excel in aviation maintenance. Students will have access to classrooms and hangars equipped with the latest technology and aircraft models to facilitate real-world training experiences. The curriculum will cover all aspects of A&P mechanics. Teaching staff will include aviation professionals with years of experience, providing students with insights into the practical aspects of aircraft maintenance.
“This collaboration is not just an investment in our future workforce but a testament to our commitment to safety, excellence, and the development of the aviation industry,” says April Gregg, Delta Air Lines specialist in TechOps training.
Graduates will be positioned with employment opportunities within Delta Air Lines and its affiliates.

ST Engineering, Honeywell extend partnership
The Commercial Aerospace business of ST Engineering has extended its partnership with Honeywell for mechanical, avionics, and LEAP engine components service and repair as a member of the Honeywell Channel Partner network. Under the extension, ST Engineering will continue to be a licensed repair center for Honeywell components and use the latter’s advanced technologies and software solutions to provide one-stop component repair and overhaul services for operators globally.

OnFlight an authorized service center for Embraer Executive Jets
Cincinnati, Ohio-based OnFlight Inc. received approval as an Authorized Service Center for Embraer Executive Jets, expanding Embraer’s strategic network of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services.
OnFlight, a Part 135 Charter Operator since 2000, has operated Embraer aircraft since 2011, with exclusive Embraer focus since 2016.
