The upgraded damping mechanism for Silent Tools turning adaptors provides a more consistent performance and improved surface finish during internal turning operations at long overhangs.

Now, 37 cylindrical items from the turning adaptor range (diameters 32mm to 100mm and 1-1/4" to 4") have been improved and equipped with an overhauled and refined damping mechanism.

Silent Tools turning adaptors ensure improved consistency and machining repeatability for all available length-to-diameter ratios.

To further ensure accuracy in setups and optimal tool health, the upgraded turning adaptors are accompanied by Tool Status Checker, designed for seamless monitoring of Silent Tools turning adaptors on a Windows tablet or computer. It’s compatible with all versions of Sandvik Coromant turning adaptors. Users can snap it onto the adaptor’s serration lock interface using the built-in magnet, download the software, and it’s ready to use.

Hybrid multi-tasking machine

The INTEGREX e-1250V/8 AG Hybrid multi-tasking machine combines full 5-axis machining, heavy-duty turning operations, and pallet-changing capabilities for productive processing of large, highly complex parts from titanium, aluminum, and steel. The machine also includes the Hybrid Auto Gear (AG) package with a full range of Smooth Technology solutions for Done In One gear production.

The machine’s ability to perform milling, turning, boring, and drilling operations in single setups reduces inaccuracies that can occur when moving heavy parts across multiple workstations. Additionally, the machine’s direct-drive table eliminates backlash for smoother, high-precision rotation in heavy-duty cutting operations.
