Test Equipment Distributors (TED), a global provider of non-destructive testing equipment and services, has announced that Rick Ballinger has been named vice president of the company, which serves the automotive, aerospace and other industries. Ballinger will have overall responsibility for operations, service and technical support.
Prior to his promotion to vice president, Ballinger had served as operations manager since 2002. He joined Test Equipment Distributors in 1984 as a manufacturing technician and was named service manager in 1995. Ballinger is a graduate of Oakland Community College with an Associates Degree in Electronics. He resides in Oxford, MI.
