The compact Lasercheck performs fast, precise, non-contact surface roughness measurements. Lasercheck is available in multiple configurations. Controllers include portable hand held versions with large, easy to read LCD display, fully automated versions with complete input & output electronics, and OEM card level controllers. Measurement heads are available for automated on-line measurements, easy to use portable controllers, and miniature heads to access tight measurement spaces.
Lasercheck non-contact measurements work on any material or color. Lasercheck is the most durable and shop-hardened surface roughness gage available. Lasercheck has no moving parts. This eliminates the constant costs required with the use of contact stylus gages including maintenance, regular calibration and frequent purchase of expensive replacement stylus tips and fragile moving parts. Lasercheck withstands contaminants, moisture, and rough shopfloor handling.
