The PC Series offers the latest in vegetable and polar cutting technology. The combination of vegetable and polar cutting technology ensures that maximum lubrication is being delivered directly to the toolpiece/workpiece interface. In addition to lubricating the tool, the added benefit of polar cutting technology lubricates the workpiece/chip discharge zone. This added machining performance is also greatly enhanced by a very stable flash point that is higher than most industry accepted products in a similar viscosity range.
The PC Series is bio-based, renewable vegetable oil that excels on alloy steels, titanium and other exotic materials. Features of the PC Series include:
- Very high flash point (VHF) technology
- Unsurpassed lubrication for tool/workpiece interface
- Polar cutting technology
- Speeds and feeds are maximized
- Enhances metal flow conditions
