The Quick Loc (QL) pallet system provides fixture solutions on horizontal, vertical, and rotary operations. Low-profile adapters and pallets ensure 0.0003" repeatability and provide clamping forces of nearly 14,000 lb. A single drive screw is used for fast operation.
Configurable QL systems are available in multiple styles including square, rectangle, round receivers, and cubes in 52mm and 96mm patterns.

Double-cut carbide burrs
The double-cut carbide burr line, made up of 30 different tools, provides surface removal on demanding production runs with fewer changeovers. They remove surface stock and weld splatter, deburr and chamfer applications, and medium-to-light cleaning. Tool geometries meet demands for stainless steel, steel, cast steel, and composite applications. The burrs also perform well at higher temperatures.
The hardness of a tungsten carbide substrate, stronger tooth formulation, and numerous cutting edges extend tool life and improve stock removal performance.

500°F universal oven
No. 856 is a 500°F (260°C) special universal oven for curing composite parts in vacuum bags. The 42" x 40" x 50" oven features 48kW of Incoloy- sheathed tubular heating elements, while a 4,200cfm, 3hp recirculating blower provides universal airflow.
The oven has 4" insulated walls and Type 430 stainless steel interior. Features include an integral leg stand and four levels of two 3/8" national pipe thread (NPT) pipe ports connected to common manifold. There is also a vacuum gage and ball valve on each port.
