Mill/turn machining center

The M120 Millturn machining center handles lengths ranging from 78" to 315" and swings up 48". Offering power ranges up to 168hp and torque values up to 8,680 lb-ft in the main spindle, high feed rates on all axes deliver consistent productivity. The 74hp direct-drive milling spindle offers maximum power, even at low speed rates, advantageous when using large drills and milling cutters.

Clamping forces of the B-axis allow the use of damped boring bars with a diameter-length ratio of up to 1:14. A separate magazine is available for heavy ID-machining tools up to 5ft and 320 lb.

Turning, boring, milling, gear cutting, deep-hole boring, and ID-machining are possible in any angle
