In 2009, Methods Machine Tools Inc. is celebrating the 50th anniversary of their company. Originally founded in November of 1958, with three employees and a few refurbished machines, Methods has grown into one of the largest machine tool importers in North America with more than 300 employees, seven facilities/technology centers, and more than 27,000 systems installed, ranging from EDM machines to 5-Axis CNC Machining Centers.
Method's machine tool partners include Matsuura, Nakamura, KIWA-Japan and Fanuc Robodrill. EDM partners include Fanuc wire EDM's, Exeron CNC Die Sinkers, and Current EDM hole drillers.
Methods product line approach is to carefully select advanced, optimal technology for each machining discipline.
During 2009, Methods will be celebrating the anniversary through various promotions, at industry events, and by hosting a special three-day Methods Milestone Open house show September 15 through 17.
