Highfeed milling inserts
The Highfeed 6 milling cutters tackle difficult-to-machine materials from stainless steel to heat-resistant superalloys. The system’s large-diameter cutter bodies are capable of 0.070" (1.8mm) axial depths of cut and feature double-sided inserts with six cutting edges. The cutter also performs in high-feed applications, including face milling and plunging operations. Inserts mount at low lead angles to direct machining forces up, into the machine tool spindle, rather than radially against the side of the tool for less vibration and predictable performance.

Vision measurement systems
The Quick Vision Active series of vision measurement systems offer easy operation and space-savings with advanced functionality for contact and noncontact measuring needs.
The system offers a wide field of view with interchangeable objective zoom lenses for small-to-large features. An 8-step zoom lens can magnify from 0.5x to 7x with crisp image quality. The 1x optional objective achieves a magnification range of 0.5x to 3.5x with a working distance of 74mm. The 2x option can achieve a magnification range of 1x to 7x.
The series comes in measuring ranges of 10" x 8" x 6" (250mm x 200mm x 150mm) or 16" x 16" x 8" (400mm x 400mm x 200mm), and is available with or without the touch-probe measuring option. QVPAK software uses edge detection and pattern recognition to locate and orientate the coordinate system with minimal operator input, ensuring accuracy and repeatability.
