William (Bill) King has been named President of Datron Dynamics, Inc. in Milford, NH. Dr. Arne Bruesch, managing director of Datron AG, the German parent company of Datron Dynamics, made the announcement recently.
"We have developed a new strategic alliance between our German and American companies that Bill will help us manage and grow," Bruesch says.
The company underwent a restructuring process in April 2008, out of which Datron AG became the majority shareholder of Datron Dynamics. All involved perceive this as a positive move, with customers being the primary beneficiaries of this new alliance and advanced machining center technology. Datron AG was named one of the "Top 100 Innovators" in Germany last year.
King started with Datron in 1996 managing its Canadian division and has been in the manufacturing sector for more than 25 years. He holds an honors Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Humber College in Toronto, Canada. datrondynamics.com
