Designed for mass producing gears and shafts with straight and helical gearings, the Samputensili S 400 G generating and profile grinding machine is simple to operate. It is equipped with the latest drive and tool technology for efficiency and flexibility. A small footprint and modular design saves space and makes service and maintenance easier. Equipped with Siemens CNC Sinumerik 840D control and Samputensili's menu-guided operator interface running in a true Windows environment. Operators are guided through the manufacturing process by intuitive entry and demonstrations screens. Improved safety features protect the operator as well as expensive tools. Network and Internet connections provide direct access to online service supporting remote diagnostics and easy software upgrades.
