An expanded face milling family covers a range of applications with negative octagonal and square inserts, along with various shell mills.
The range includes three variants of a 16-edged ONMX insert for depths of cut up to 0.157" (4mm). Standard geometries include the F for light operations, M for versatile use, and R for rough cuts. The 8-edged ONMX-W is a specific wiper insert for high-quality surface finish with large cutters and high feed rate.
A range of 8-edged SNMX inserts offers higher metal removal rate, including an M chip breaker for medium machining and an R geometry for roughing, both for depths of cut up to 0.275" (7mm) in various materials.
All face milling inserts can be used with the ISON06 shell cutter body, available in sizes 2" to 6", and the metric family SON06 in 50mm to 250mm.

The Arumatik-Mi’s intuitive design and user-friendly features allow easier programming and part setup for simplified machine operation. The high-performance control system has been updated with a redesigned graphical interface, making it easier to use for operators of all levels.
The control offers G-code programming with built-in assistance, modern touch screen technology offering quick screen transitions, customizable visual work setting screens, maintenance support, and video guidance on the 19" LCD. Ultra high-speed, high precision Super Smooth Surface Control (SSS) allows the Arumatik-Mi to process large programs for complex parts with speed and accuracy. Free software upgrades cover the life of the control.
Anywhere Remote mobile notification and monitoring suite lets users view real-time data and analytics while offering remote operation functionality and flexibility for improved production performance.

The TM AI Cobot S Series offers a 25kg payload capacity in the TM25S model, with a reach of more than 190cm (74") for flexibility and adaptability.
Its built-in vision system and AI technology enable the cobot to perform tasks with precision and efficiency, such as machine tool material push stack operations, seamlessly integrating with existing processes to improve productivity.
Enhanced motor speed increases cycle time by 25%, while the control box has been upgraded to an IP54 rating, for increased protection against dust and water. The cobot has obtained up to 31 PL=d and Category 3 Safety Function certification from TÜV, ensuring the highest level of safety for operators and surrounding equipment.
