The Integrex e-Series combines information technology and manufacturing technology to create advanced multi-tasking machines.
The combination machining centers/turning centers have the ability to complete all operations in a single setup: turning, milling, boring, drilling, and more. The concept of done-in-one machining can now be applied to tiny, complex parts.
All Integrex e-Series machines are equipped with the Mazak e-Tower. From this information center, setup support, maintenance support, manuals, work scheduling, and much more are made accessible either in-office or off-site.
The Integrex e-650 H II demonstrates done-in-one performance, as well as standard Y-axis, off-center machining, continuous B-Axis positioning, single-setup machining for large and small parts, a large capacity tool magazine capable of holding 40 tools, and the Mazak e-Tower information system.
Capable of full 5-axis machining, it has a maximum swing of 36.2", a main spindle speed of 1,600rpm at 60hp, and a max spindle speed of 10,000rpm at 50hp. In addition, the HMC is equipped with tailstock and an optional long boring bar.
The Integrex e-650 H II comes standard with advanced functions such as the Intelligent Safety Shield, the Intelligent Thermal Shield, Active Vibration Control, and the Mazatrol Matrix. The entire horizontal eseries is available in a choice of machine lengths.
