The H.Plus-504 horizontal machining center is equipped with a rotary indexing table (B-axis) standard, driven with a direct-drive motor with a maximum feed rate of 100rpm. In addition, Matsuura’s Dynamic Clamp System and Automatic Acceleration and Deceleration Control intelligently contribute to a shorter cycle and indexing time.
Expandable automatic tool changer and automatic pallet changer options enable extended unmanned operation. A maximum 330 tools can be stored in a matrix-type magazine, and up to six pallets can be stored in a floor-pallet system.
The NC Matsuura G-Tech 31i is installed with the Matsuura Intelligent Meister System and uses an operation system with a 15" touch screen that improves operability, reduces non-cutting time, and facilitates setup, operation, and maintenance while saving labor and energy.
