Crane selects Global Aviation Co. - Aviation Excellence Inc. as distributor

Lynnwood, Washington – Crane Aerospace & Electronics, a segment of Crane Co., has selected Global Aviation Co. / Aviation Excellence Inc. as authorized distributors for proximity switches and sensors for Embraer and Bombardier regional aircraft. 

 

Under the terms of the agreement, Global Aviation Co. will serve as the exclusive, worldwide distributor for proximity sensors and switches for the Embraer and Bombardier families of regional aircraft.

Crane Aerospace & Electronics provides proximity sensing components and systems that are proven on regional, large commercial, and military aircraft worldwide. Proximity sensing technology is used to provide reliable position sensing for mechanical systems and is particularly well suited for severe environments including landing gear, doors, flight control, and engine thrust reversers. Crane’s proximity sensors are qualified to the latest environmental conditions including HIRF and lightning.
