The compact MA-4000H horizontal machining center (HMC) offers one of the largest machining areas in its class. It provides high-speed, optimized machining, from mass production to variable-type and variable-volume production. The design of the internal cover improves chip discharge and prevents chip accumulation, ensuring top performance even in harsh production environments. The HMC’s advanced solutions for reducing carbon emissions and enhanced flexibility for reducing power consumption and labor requirements provide high productivity and high precision while being eco-friendly.

Angular encoder series

The H3 angular encoders product line includes models H3-D90, H3-D110, H3D200i100, and S3-D90, with external diameters from 90mm to 200mm and internal diameters up to 100mm, with options for hollow or protruding shaft and multiple communication protocols.
H3 angular encoders’ reduced mass is achieved using advanced materials and an enhanced liquid evacuation system, beneficial for hollow shafts. The encoders’ new design features engravings and wide mounting tolerances, simplifying installation across all models. The hollow shaft variants include options for mounting with mechanical failure exclusion, enhancing reliability in demanding applications.
Offering smooth, repeatable, and precise machine control, the H3 delivers arcsecond-level accuracy, resolutions up to 29 bits, and integrated electronics.
3Statech positioning system technology detects discrepancies, discards invalid data, and accurately calculates the correct position using an opto-electronic reading assembly and sophisticated software.
Hollow-shaft encoders are fitted with improved O-ring seals, which boost robustness and reduce maintenance costs throughout their lifespan by minimizing liquid ingress.

Chatter-free countersinks

GH-K countersinking tools from 3mm to 45mm (0.118" to 1.771") at 60°, 82°, 90°, and 100° are engineered with a positive geometry for high shear cutting action. The tooling features carbide blades for machining cast iron, steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous materials, with optional HSS-cobalt coated blades for steel and stainless-steel applications.
Three-bladed tools are for manual or CNC applications; single-bladed tools for all machining centers. All inserts are ground as a set to minimize deviation and chatter while enhancing surface finish. The tools are suitable for conventional milling of chamfers around the perimeter of larger holes or entire parts.
Shallow radial clearance ensures precision and chatter-free operation. Shims can be added to adjust the tool’s performance for more aggressive feed rates.
