BEX features molded plastic, K-Ball Zip Tip spray nozzles

Ann Arbor, Michigan – BEX Inc. will display its wide array of industrial spray nozzles in Booth 426 at WESTEC 2015, Los Angeles, Sept. 15-17, 2015. BEX will be represented by S. Martin & Associates.

 

Among its many nozzle products, the company will feature its molded plastic nozzles and K-Ball Zip Tip clip on nozzles in the exhibit.

 

The variety of BEX molded plastic nozzles can produce flat, full cone, full cone wide angle, and full cone square spray patterns. Each BEX molded nozzle is designed with a series of knobs that make them easy to finger tighten even when wet. The design features a small starter barrel that reduces the tendency to strip. The molded plastic nozzles are available in polypropylene, natural polypropylene, PVDF, and natural PVDF. These nozzles are for applications such as washing, cleaning, degreasing, and rinsing. They are available for pipe sizes from 1/8" to 3/8".

 

BEX will also feature its lineup of K-Ball Zip Tip nozzles. These nozzles simply clip over a pre-drilled pipe (from 1" to 2" dia.) and are available with a variety of spray balls, in various spray patterns, flow rates, and spray angles. Made of corrosion resistant plastic and stainless steel heavy-duty spring clips these nozzles are good to 100psi at 175°F. Typical applications include parts cleaning, pretreatment, spray washing, and rinsing.
