Board-to-board connector
The 5857 Series pitch board-to-board connector features a fine pitch of 0.35mm, stacking height of 0.7mm (between boards), and a width of 1.9mm. With fine-pitch, low-profile features, the connector achieves high robustness by covering both ends with metals, preventing the connector from damage caused by misalignments. The product’s contact structure attains high contact reliability against vibrations or drops.
Features
- Top face covered by metals
- 3A max. current applicable to metal covers
- Contact reliability vs. vibrations, impact
- RoHS compliant
- Halogen-free

High isolation power transformers
A series of 5kVrms isolation power transformers are for interfaces such as RS485, CAN, MODBus, and ProfiBus. The PH9385 transformer series achieves 12mm creepage in a low-profile, 17mm x 16mm x 7mm surface-mount package.
The transformer is built with a sidecar package, where the coil is inserted at one side of the open package and the high-isolation pins placed on the other. This configuration separates the coil and pins so there is a greater creepage distance between them. It also enables the package to be smaller while still maintaining an optimal creepage distance.

High-speed data cables
The high-speed data cables for civil aerospace applications address the industry’s ever-increasing data needs in aircraft, including passenger in-flight entertainment (IFE) and essential electronic systems while reducing maintenance downtime and operating costs.
Delivering signal integrity for high-speed data transmission up to 10GB over longer distances, they support standard protocols such as Ethernet Cat5e and Cat6a, USB 3.1, and HDMI 2.0.
The cables offer durable protection in demanding aerospace environments, including wide temperatures ranges. The cables’ high-density construction reduces weight and diameter for improved installation. The small cable diameter increases flexibility with a tight bend radius for easy routing.

Strain gage modules
Two additional analog input modules are now available in the B&R X20 I/O series. The X20AIA744 with two full-bridge strain gage inputs and the X20AIB744 with four full-bridge strain gage inputs are available to digitize signals. Up to four strain gage channels can be housed in a module as thin as a single-channel unit.
The X20AIA744 and X20AIB744 modules work with four-wire strain gage load cells. Compensation in the measurement system eliminates absolute uncertainty in the measurement circuit, such as component tolerances, effective bridge voltage, or zero offset. The modules have 24-bit converter resolution.

Pressure transducer
Model 7202 flight qualified pressure transducer effectively measures static pressures from 0psia to 15,000psia (0bar to 1,034bar) with ±0.30% full scale output (FSO) accuracy. Improved accuracy to ±0.05% FSO is optional. A 0.1VDC to 5.1VDC output is standard, with other formats available. Units incorporate stainless steel housings and 15-5 wetted parts. Inconel or Hastelloy material may be also optionally specified for wider transducer media compatibility.
Model 7202 is available with an optional compensated temperature range from -65°F to 250°F, as well as an optional integral resistance temperature detector (RTD) output. This flight-qualified pressure transducer measures 1.50" (38.09mm) in length and weighs less than 5oz (141.7g). The overall design meets MIL-STD-810F and MIL-STD-461, as well as J-001/NASA 8739.3 soldering workmanship standards.
