500W – 2kW Planar Transformer Line
The SX41 Series of planar transformers for 500W – 2kW applications is available in standard or custom designs and features an enhanced core design to promote volumetric efficiency and thermal performance. A large core surface promotes heat transfer while minimizing AC resistance and proximity Cu loss, and an optimized core cross-section lowers core loss. As a result, these planar transformers can offer better power density and performance when compared to equivalent wire-wound transformer designs.
The SX41 can handle up to 2kW of power, and can be tailored to fit a customer’s specific needs available from the supplier’s multiple manufacturing facilities around the world that include TS16949 and AS9100 certified and ITAR registered sites.

UV Detection Kit for Fluid Leaks
The Spectroline MLK-35A Maxima UV Leak Detection Kit pinpoints the exact source of leaks in hydraulic, engine oil, and aircraft fuel systems. The kit features the Maxima ultraviolet lamp and an 8oz (237ml) bottle of Aero-Brite universal fluorescent dye that locates all leaks in petroleum- and synthetic-based aviation fluid systems.
The Maxima lamp’s micro discharge light (MDL) technology delivers up to 10 times the UV-A output of conventional high intensity discharge (HID) lamps and is so powerful that it can be used in direct sunlight. This makes possible outdoor inspections on tarmacs and in open hangars. The ergonomic design and light weight of the lamp head – only 2.5 lb (1.1kg) – allows it to be held for long periods without causing stress or fatigue.
The lamp’s instant on/off/restrike reduces inspection time because it eliminates the need for warm-up.

Miniature High-Speed Ethernet Connector
A miniature high-speed Ethernet connector, the µCom-10Gb+ is applicable to C4ISR, battlefield communication, and aeronautics applications. The copper-based miniature connector combines miniaturization and high-speed capacity with resistance to the harshest environments.
The new connector meets the requirements for applications in harsh environments with high-speed capacity of 10 Gb+ and a Category 6A classification that goes beyond the IEEE 802.3an-2006, TIA568C.2, and ISO/IEC11801 standards to meet 10GBase-T requirements. Even though it has a maximum exterior diameter of 15mm, it offer high levels of resistance to corrosion, impacts, and vibrations, plus an IP68 protection level. The environmental tests are based on the MIL-DTL38999 series III military standard.
