Largest Laser-Texturing Machine
Featuring a completely new mechanical design, the LASER 4000 5Ax is the largest laser-texturing machine on the market. The LASER 4000 5Ax operates in such a way that a component as large as 3m x 4m, and as heavy as 18 tons, remains stationary on the floor while the machine’s axes move around it, expertly texturing on all part sides if needed. Attaching the fourth and fifth axes to the Z-axis allows for such movement.
With a fully digitized process, the LASER 4000 5Ax allows manufacturers to envision a design, preview it onscreen, and perfectly reproduce it on a workpiece.

Advanced Ultrasonic Thickness
The handheld 45MG ultrasonic is an advanced small-sized thickness gage compatible with the complete range of Olympus dual element and single element transducers, making it an all-in-one solution for virtually every thickness gage application. Ultrasonic thickness measurements are accurate, reliable, and repeatable. While instant readings are achieved from one side of a material, making destruction of the part unnecessary.
The 45MG offers powerful standard thickness measurement features and specialized software options. When used with the code-activated single element transducer option, the 45MG is can make accurate thickness measurements on many materials, including metals, plastics, composites, glass, and ceramics. This feature allows for very precise measurements with a resolution of 0.0001" or 0.001mm.

High Performance End Mills
The variable flute spacing, together with a serrated chip breaker profile along the cutting edge provides excellent material removal rate and impressive RA values for roughing and semi-finishing, while producing minimal tool wear. Combined with a high heat-resistant multi-layer TiN/TiAlN coating, the end mills minimize friction and vibration, for efficient evacuation of shorter chips, and longer tool life. The TiNox-Cut end mills range in diameter from ¼" to 1", and in metric sizes from 6mm to 25mm.

Heavy-Duty Horizontal Machining Center
The KH630, a heavy-duty horizontal machine, features a traveling Z-axis column engineered to provide rigidity, reduce heat generation, and deliver long-term accuracy and repeatability even under high rates of material removal. The KH630 comes standard with a hydraulically-driven, twin-pallet, automatic pallet changing system.
The design of the bed, column, and saddle are with finite element analysis, ensuring powerful cutting and agility and are composed of meehanite cast iron to minimize deformation when performing heavy-duty cuts. In order to eliminate thermal growth during machining, all axes are driven by high precision double-nut ball screws. All ball screws are connected directly to the servo drive motors without gears or belts, eliminating backlash. Using hardened and ground boxed guide ways in all three axes achieves rapid high speed axis movement. This reduces non-cutting time and decreases machining time for greater productivity.
Features:
- Available with either 4,500rpm or 8,000rpm spindle
- Spindle motor is 35hp with spindle torque rated at 1,071/90nm
- Equipped with 40-tool, side mount swing arm tool changer
- FANUC 31i-A Series CNC control
- High precision double-nut ball screws

Precision Scanning Probe Head
The LSP-X1h probe is a high accuracy 3D analog scanning probe that rapidly collects thousands of data points for precise evaluation of complex part features. The probe supports single point probing, high-speed scanning, and self-centering modes in lengths ranging from 20mm to 225mm in vertical orientation, and 50mm in the horizontal orientation.
The LSP-X1h is a logical extension to the Hexagon series of sensors, adding more versatility and usability to the already available offering.
