Electromechanical relay switches
The RF electromechanical, coaxial relay switches cover ultra-broadband and millimeter-wave frequencies up to 40GHz and are guaranteed to perform up to 10 million life cycles – in defense and commercial aviation, radar, wireless communications, satellite communications, and test and measurement applications.
These switches are available in multiple varieties from single pole double throw (SPDT) to single pole 12 throw (SP12T) and are designed with either SMA, Type-N, or 2.92mm connectors, depending on frequency range.

Non-breakstem lockbolt
The two-piece NeoBolt fastener features a collar and a pin with fine pitch locking grooves that provide vibration resistance and fatigue performance.
There is no pin break, eliminating metal waste and surface corrosion and reducing noise and installation shock without the risk of pintails being dropped into the application or work area. NeoBolts are available in diameter sizes ranging from 4.8mm to 25.4mm, with a grip range of 1.3mm to 158mm.

Open cable port concept for microwave adapters
A catalog of more than 177,000 RF microwave coaxial adapters includes nonexistent adapters and connectors used by the military, aerospace, and commercial markets in areas such as wireless communications, medical, and test and measurement.
Patent-pending open cable port technology enables the creation of on-demand custom components and increases the number of adapters available in the market from approximately 3,500 to more than 177,000. Coaxsol officials expect 500,000 products to be available within a year.
Open-port connectors
- L-shaped: for right-angled connectors and adapters where no right angles exist
- T- and cross-shaped: for coaxial adapters and connectors
- U-shaped, F-shaped, Z-shaped: combine L-shaped with T-shaped or cross-shaped connectors
- Bulkhead and panel-mount: where neither exists
- PC-mount: for board-to-board applications where board spacing is adjustable with or without push-on or quick-disconnect connectors
Cable types
- Semi-rigid
- Flexible semi-rigid
- Flexible low-loss 0.100" outer diameter (OD) and 0.160" OD

Single-component adhesive/sealant
Supreme 10HTF-1 is a single part adhesive/sealant that at room temperature is a smooth paste system with unlimited working life. The epoxy cures rapidly at elevated temperatures. Typical cure schedules for Supreme 10HTF-1 are 5 minutes to 10 minutes at 300°F or 15 minutes to 20 minutes at 250°F.
This system bonds well to substrates including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, rubbers, and many plastics. It has very low shrinkage upon curing, is dimensionally stable, and has a Shore D hardness >70. Supreme 10 HTF-1 is capable of withstanding rigorous thermal cycling as well as mechanical shock and vibration.
Supreme 10HTF-1 offers cryogenic serviceability over the wide temperature range of -452°F to 400°F. The adhesive resists chemicals such as water, fuels, acids, and bases. Volume resistivity is 1,013Ω/cm.
Strength values
- Tensile lap shear: >3,200psi
- Tensile: 6,500psi to 7,500psi
- T-peel: 20pli to 25 pli
