Custom Lifting Systems
Specializing in ergonomic workstations and material handling equipment such as lifts, articulating arm manipulators, sheet, panel, and roll lifters, Cynergy Ergonomics also offers vacuum tube lifting, roll manipulators, and material handling equipment. Additional specialties are lifting device design, lift-assist system designs, material handling vertical lifts, manual ergonomic pick-and-place systems, and workstation improvements for manufacturing, assembly, production, and distribution centers that currently use human power for material handling. Technology is also available to produce automated material handling solutions.
The company’s PLC controlled system is easy to operate, as a push-button activates individual vacuum circuits, which have been optimized for individual panel geometry. Redundant safety features ensure that operators and panels remain safe in the event of power or component failure.

Workholding for 5-Axis Milling
Maximizing clamp force at the top of the jaws, the Genius 5-axis vise pulls them closed at the top with a collapsing lead screw, while holding the bottom of the jaws in place with an opposing force screw. The dual-screw, pull-to-close Genius vise eliminates the tendency of traditional vise jaws to splay apart at the top, often requiring machine operators to hammer a workpiece against the stops as the jaws close and clamp force increases. By holding the vise jaws apart at the bottom while pull-force closes at the top, the Genius vise actually pulls the workpiece down against the stops as closing force increases. The Genius vise is available in a range of custom and standard sizes, capable of holding parts up to 8.00", with maximum clamp force of 9,000 lb.
Specifically designed for precision 5-axis milling with trunion-table machines, the adaptable vise easily secures oddly shaped workpieces, such as turbine blades and blisks, and presents them to the spindle with minimal obstruction, reducing setups, and ensuring repeatability of 0.0008".
The Genius vise comes standard with one pair of positioning keys, grippers, and a wrench. A wide variety of stops, jaw plates, gripper inserts, and other accessories is available.

End Mills for Tough Metals
Delivering exceptional material removal rate and long tool life is a new line of TiNox-Cut end mills for machining today’s toughest materials. Offering a high-performance cutting solution, the TiNox-Cut end mills are ideal for nickel alloys such as Inconel 718, Nimonic, Waspaloy, Titanium 6Al-4V, and tough steels like Stainless 316 – materials used extensively in the aerospace industry.
TiNox’s flute and proprietary design, combined with a high heat-resistant multi-layer TiN/TiAlN coating provides longer tool life by minimizing friction/vibration and efficiently evacuating shorter chips, which is especially important in tough, long-chipping materials, made from an ultra-fine carbide grade that maximizes wear resistance.
TiNox-Cut end mills are well suited for both roughing and finishing operations, and are available with standard flat ends and optionally with a selection of corner radii. For even more efficient feedrates, metal removal rates, and chip evacuation, TiNox-Cut 4- and 5-flute end mills feature internal coolant/lubricant capability.
