High-speed gear shaper
The 100S gear shaping machine is suited to small face-width gears, including spur and helical, both internal and external. The 100S features high productivity with a stroke rate of up to 3,000 strokes per minute. Its compact size requires minimal floor space, making it easy to move and quick to install.
Features:
- Static and dynamic stiffness, aided by a twin-bearing crankshaft design
- Dry machining cycle standard; wet machining optional
- Tool-less setup
- Manual activation for minimized weight
- HSK 63 system for fast clamping and unclamping for high repeatability
- Short chip-to-chip times with cam-driven loader
- Optional automatic adjustment of stroke position after re-sharpening of the shaper cutting tool

Green vacuum chamber for machined parts washing
The IFP vacuum chamber parts washer thoroughly cleans parts machined in oil and/or water of coolant residue, chips, fines, and other debris while preventing cleaning solutions and vapors from contaminating the workplace.
The IFP system continuously recycles the modified alcohol cleaning agent, eliminating the need to mix, monitor, or dispose of contaminated cleaning solutions.
Multiple cleaning methods – programmable spraying, immersion, submerged jets, ultrasonic, and vapor cleaning, applied statically or in conjunction with oscillation or rotation – ensure thorough cleaning of the most challenging part features such as blind, intersecting, and tapped holes. Parts are cleaned and completely dry at the end of a washing cycle, while the airtight IFP system keeps workplace air and surfaces safe and clean.

Tools for CFRP, plastic
A drill for carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) is designed to prevent fraying and delamination. To ensure hole quality and diameter, the W point of the drill centers the drill to let the peripheral cutting edges shear the material, producing a clean, tight-tolerance hole without fraying, splintering, or delamination. Tight tolerances are held on drill diameters to ensure that holes are drilled to precise sizes. Designed specifically for CFRP applications, the drill features a 82° center point angle with a 50° peripheral outer tip angle.
Similar to other cutters used in composite applications, the drill incorporates diamond to extend tool life – important when machining tough material such as CFRP. The carbide-grade drills are coated with a diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating using a PVD process to extend tool life. The drill achieves a very smooth surface and exhibits a low coefficient of friction that further reduces drilling forces. The coating also contributes to the drill’s performance by adding lubricity and wear resistance while reducing built-up edges and improving chip flow.
These drills perform best in thinner materials because the specially designed point geometry shears fibers efficiently without excessive pressures that can cause blow-out with other drills. The key is to prevent the delamination from starting and eliminate the lateral forces on the fibers.
A PCD polishing tool for plastics offers a cutting tool to produce a near optically clear edge on acrylic and polycarbonate. Using the 75-100 series can eliminate flame-polishing acrylic. In polycarbonate, flame polishing is not possible, so the 75-100 series makes it feasible to achieve a near optically clear edge.
The PCD cutting tooling produces an optically clear edge directly on a CNC machine. The process roughs the part out with a solid carbide tool for plastics and finishes the part with the PCD polishing tool. Profiling and pocketing can be done with the same tool. The 75-100 series can polish up to 1" thick material in one pass.
