Cutting Tool Tackles Multiple Applications
The Turbo 10 cutting tool that is suitable for most roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing operations, offering improved tool life and precision by optimizing cutting properties that reduce heat generation and cutting forces.
As a highly versatile design, the Turbo 10 easily tackles slotting, contouring, helical interpolation, and ramping applications with cutting diameters that range from 0.625" to 4" and a maximum cutting depth of 0.354".
The Turbo 10 employs a coated, pre-hardened cutter body with two different pitch configurations for meeting tight tolerances while providing high reliability. Mounting types for the Turbo 10 include cylindrical, weldon, arbor, and combimaster.
With highly positive geometries, optimized edges, a wide range of industry leading carbide grades, and two different corner radii, the inserts used in conjunction with the Turbo 10 offer maximum levels of adaptability, accuracy, and reliability.
Furthermore, inserts can be set to a true 90º cutting angle to create clean 90º walls, eliminating secondary operations.

Tank Side Coalescer
The tank side coalescer are designed to sit behind a metalworking shop’s machining center and skim free-floating tramp oil out of the machine coolant. With a flow rate of 1.5gpm, this small, inexpensive sump-side coalescing unit allows oils to rise naturally by providing a motionless area not available in a turbulent sump.
Reducing tramp oil is a high priority for all metalworking shops. Excess tramp oil leads to smoke, mist, and bacterial infestation of the metalworking fluids, and adversely affects surface finish while reducing tool and dimensional tolerance control. The tank side coalescer extends the life of coolants and cleaners, improves machining, and preserves valuable tools.
The operation is simple, yet effective. The submersible pump sits inside the coolant tank drawing coolant into the 15-gallon drum. The adjustable skimmer removes any tramp oil off the top layer of coolant. Through a gravity hose, the clean coolant returns to the machining center sump.
The tank side coalescer is available with optional oil belt skimmer, air pump, and larger electric pumps.

Universal Valve Fixture
The design concepts of two of their most popular fixtures, the C frame fixture and the Modular fixture have been combined into the Universal Valve Fixture. Specifically designed and developed for use in the valve industry, providing greater flexibility in covering a large range of valve bodies with a single fixture.
By combining the Modular Chain Fixture with the current C frame fixture, the independent work nests for specific parts are eliminated, therefore reducing costs as well as improving change-over times in the process, while maintaining a positive gripping of the part. This concept is ideal for families of parts as well as your odd run part.
In addition, the standard Royal C frame fixture is a design that cradles the part in a work nest, which are specifically fitted to a particular part on the upper and lower portion of the fixture. Implementing the modular fixture as the lower work nest provides ample adjustments to be made to grip many different sized parts without having to purchase custom fitted work nests that have to be unbolted each time and replaced with the correct work nest for an individual part number.”
