The Tool Dynamic TD 2010 Automatic brings automation to tool balancing technology. Tool Dynamic TD 2010 Automatic is a vertical, CNC-based balancing machine with a 4-axis operation unit that is controlled by a Siemens 840D sl. Machine users can measure the imbalance of their tools and correct it by drilling, milling or grinding out the material in one or two planes. With this clamping technique and precise metal removal, users achieve a tool precision that will lead to a substantial increase in efficiency for tool balancing. Balancing tools is quick, simple and efficient with Tool Dynamic TD 2010 Automatic. After measuring the imbalance, the software calculates how deep the machine must drill, mill or grind in order to compensate for the imbalance. The balancing spindle turns into the correct position. The integrated CNC unit moves to the preselected balancing plane and automatically removes the appropriate amount of material. Chips are comfortably and cleanly removed by exhaust (suction) equipment. The imbalance is compensated in a timely manner – with index measuring less than one minute. Errors, such as those caused by incorrect marking on the toolholder, or through inadvertent incorrect drilling depths are no longer an issue with the Tool Dynamic TD 2010 Automatic. In addition, its process reliability makes it suitable for integration in automatic production lines. Haimer USA LLC Villa Park, IL haimer-usa.com |
