The recent Airbus Helicopters Inc. HCare support contract with Air Methods Corp. extends the number of helicopters covered to 111, making it the largest Airbus-covered single-operator civil helicopter fleet.
Air medical service provider Air Methods, the largest global civil operator of Airbus helicopters, delivers lifesaving care to more than 70,000 people annually.
Airbus Helicopters supports a fleet of more than 3,100 helicopters with a U.S. presence dating back more than 50 years. The HCare maintenance support and service package allows customers to plan and budget their supply of spare parts, tools, consumables, flight operations, and training.
