The High Speed Air Turbine Spindle, with a quick change option for the majority of vertical machining centers on the market today, offers the Air Turbine Motor and CAT40 spindle integrated into one unit. The ER-8 and ER-11 collet systems offer 0.0002" tir, (5µm). The wraparound air inductions system utilizes a manifold, which mates up to an accessory block, eliminating the need to manually hook up an air hose to run the Air Turbine Spindle and allowing the operator to keep the high speed spindle in the carrousel until needed.
