The LT360 all-in-one 3D cutting system features a fiber laser cutting head mounted on a 6-axis robot that works in tandem with a part-handling robot. This arrangement produces complex 3-dimensional geometries in a single process, eliminating secondary cutting, drilling, punching, milling, or deburring. The LT360 can process curved, hydroformed, preformed, or pre-welded tubes as well as flat and/or stamped sheets in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, copper, and brass. The all-in-one technology lowers cost per part, speeds programming, and improves ease of use.
Three configurations offer accessibility for maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and workpiece loading/unloading.
The fixed worktable is equipped with an integrated laser slat, removable scrap-collection tank, and fume-extraction connection. The part holder table’s magnetic supports allow maximum freedom in positioning the workpiece during loading/unloading. Its fixturing system is quick and easy to set up, avoiding the need to create dedicated tooling for each part.
Active Tools software automatically adapts process parameters for optimal results independent of operator experience.
