1 What is KINEXON OS?
KINEXON OS is a powerful LPA software that leverages location data to automate moving assets such as tools, components, AMRs or forklifts. Powerful process mining and monitoring functionalities generate insights on systemic weaknesses, process deviations, or material flow blind spots. KINEXON OS also enables 2D and 3D process visualizations within a facility or along the supply chain. 2 Tool management for improved quality assurance, faster airworthiness approval
LPA increases tool safety by correctly configuring tools based on the proximity to the task at hand. This reduces the potential for human error, resulting in highest precision when working on fuselage, wings, engines, or more. Additionally, tracking tools via location data also prevents foreign object damage from tools lost in aircraft during manufacturing, maintenance, or repair.

LPA can increase worker safety by ensuring the correct harness is used when working at heights. It can also provide collision control and warnings, further protecting workers around forklifts, robots, gantries, hoisting devices, or cranes.
