Our machines are inspected throughout the production process, and our staff is rigorously trained in compliance with the ISO-certified service process.

Campro implements strict inspection and regulation on all materials provided by the supply chain. An incoming material inspection station conducts 100% quality control using high-precision testing instruments; all defective, sub-standard material is returned. In accordance with the standards stipulated in the design drawings, we conduct strict inspections in dimensions tolerance, geometric precision, hardness, and surface treatment.

5) Thorough monitoring processes

From surface scraping through assembly, all finished products comply with VDI3441 inspection standards guaranteeing the best machining performance. Our 6 Points of 100% Quality Commitment include:

• Part inspection before entering assembly line
• 3D measurement testing
• Inspection to VDI3441 standard
• Laser inspection before shipment
• Ball bar inspection before shipment
• 48-hour test run before shipment

These steps are in addition to inspecting: machine tool positioning precision, 2-axis synchronous movement compensation, spindle vibration, and cutting parameters.
