Manually Spraying Materials
SG-100 hand-held spray gun systems, available in standard- and high-flow models, provide a solution for manually spraying materials for masking and coating applications. These systems can dispense from pressurized cartridges, bottles, and pails, making them compatible with most standard fluid packages and delivery systems. Their lightweight assembly, with low trigger resistance, allows for hours of effortless spraying, easy adjustment of material flow, and spray atomization results in greater dispensing accuracy with less material waste.

All wetted components of the SG-100 spray guns are stainless steel, Teflon, or Kalrez, making them compatible with a greater number of fluids.

Graphite Machining
Engineered for high speed, efficient production of precision graphite electrodes and similar items is the feature specific TMV-510G machining center. A fixed column/moving table type machine, it features a high performance 20,000rpm direct drive spindle that is oil cooled for thermal stability, and a 20 station high-speed arm-type automatic tool changer (ATC) for tool changes in 0.8 seconds and chip-to-chip times of 1.9 seconds.

Surface Measuring System

Electronic Dial Bore Gages
Highly visible in the shop environment and a quick reference for multi-tasking operators, the entire range of electronic dial bore gages feature precision indicators with six-digit LCD readouts, 11mm character height, and three large buttons for easy operation. High Performance Cutting
