Programmable Force Tester
The updated ESM301 test stand Version 2 is a 300 lb/F (1.5kN) capacity universal force tester, ideal for numerous industries. The ESM301 can be used for such applications as break testing, cycling, limit testing to a load, distance, limit switch, load holding, elongation testing, tensile and compression testing, and more.
The PC control enables the user to control the stand through a custom program or legacy Nexygen TCD software. Integrated overload protection protects Mark-10 and other force gages from overloading during testing.
The modular mechanical design allows the frame to separate from the controller for custom mounting applications. A feature configuration platform allows for the selection of individual functions through build-your-own flexibility, permitting the user to customize a system to meet their needs. The ESM301, and its extended length sibling ESM301L, are compatible with Mark-10 digital force gages, gripping fixtures, and data collection software.

Low Foaming Cutting Fluids
VPLFC, a heavy duty, non-chlorinated, semi-synthetic coolant, is the latest addition to the Walter Valenite line of ValCool cutting fluids.
Users report that they can use less VPLFC in certain applications when compared to other coolants, while still achieving excellent results. VPLFC also aids in boosting overall system cleanliness by rejecting tramp oils, maintaining stable pH levels and, in turn, extending the fluid’s useful life.
Walter USA LLC offers an extensive line of cutting tools for milling, drilling, turning, and boring, plus specialized tooling for unique applications through its competence brands Walter Valenite, Walter Titex, and Walter Prototyp. As well as multi-level service programs through its Walter Multiply brand.

Build-to-Order Tube Processing Machine
The RH-700 rotating head cut-off machine achieves 45²ipm to 50²ipm, or more, on high production heavy-wall tube processing. Through the simultaneous use of four tools, the RH-700 increases efficiency, provides a constant feedrate, and minimizes non-cut time by tailoring material handling equipment to the process. Incorporation of the precision length tolerance control results in less material loss.
Unlike conventional cut-off lathes, the RH-700 holds the material stationary while the cutting tools rotate, meaning that lathe-style cut-off techniques are applicable for a broader range of applications and difficult-to-process materials, such as irregular tubes and bars, which can be processed more efficiently.
