Integrated CNC

The EM80 is an integrated CNC end machining center ideal for tube processing. The machine operates in several stages or stations. The first cuts the tube or bar to length, the second for turning operations such as roughing and finishing, and the third stage for boring, tapping, or measuring with part washing between. The unit comes with a bundle loader to handle up to 4,000kg, loading is available any time during the operation. A conveyor brings the parts toward a two-position chute to allow the parts to drop into the appropriate bin. The EM80 handles tube diameters from 10mm to 80mm with wall thickness from 0.8mm to 12mm and solid bar from 10mm to 60mm. Bar stock lengths from 2,500mm to 120,000mm. The blade cutting speed travels between 20mpm and 450mpm

Ethernet/IP-Enabled Diagnostics
The 802.11n Ethernet/IP-enabled Industrial Hotspot family features embedded diagnostics for real-time monitoring of wireless network health, reducing troubleshooting time. The Ethernet/IP-enabled object is directly accessible from a ControlLogix PLC, CompactLogix, using an included Add-On Instruction (AOI). The AOI automatically generates controller tags containing the diagnostic data, which may be monitored by the main routine, providing the program with information such as the health of the wireless network, wireless connections, and network availability. Benefits include high integration into the ControlLogix, CompactLogix architecture, and quick detection of deteriorating communications.

Power Cable

The W-TEC 15 power cable with extruded, compact pin-and-socket connectors contains six 2.5mm2 wires, allowing a nominal 16A current at 630V in constant use on the three power contacts and 10A on the two auxiliary contacts. The W-TEC 15 cable is lightweight, making it suitable for use in energy chains. The automatic extrusion coating on the pin-and-socket connectors provides excellent protection against dust and liquids. Sockets are available in two models with integral thread and mounting flange for easy attachment to motors and assemblies.
