Cleveland – Nextant Aerospace, a Directional Aviation Capital company, has solidified a multiple order of its Nextant 400XTi remanufactured business jet from PlaneSense Inc., a fractional aircraft ownership company based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

"This announcement represents the culmination of months of work between our two companies," said Nextant President and CEO Sean McGeough. "We're very excited to partner with a first class operation such as PlaneSense. We have worked closely with their management team over the last year and believe the 400XTi will be a perfect complement to their current fleet of Pilatus PC-12 aircraft."

"Historically our program has only inducted new aircraft into our fleet," said President and CEO of PlaneSense Inc. George Antoniadis. "We have been very impressed with the Nextant 400XTi remanufacturing process and the resulting enhancements. Thus, we have decided to integrate this aircraft into the PlaneSense fleet."

The new agreement is a five aircraft order, with two firm deliveries this year and the option for three additional in the future. The first delivery is to take place in June and the second early in the fourth quarter.
